| Receptionschefen var virkelig super. Det var en stor skuffelse at pool og spa mm. var lukket.VI kommer gerne tilbage. |

| Bra äldre hotell med fantastiskt service och trevlig hjälpsam personal. Tyvärr var spa-avdelningen stängd för renovering under vår vistelse, tråkigt, eftersom det var en av anledningarna till val av hotell. Standarden motsvarar ett 4 stjärnigt hotell. Men det låga priset på rum väger upp. Välstädat. Tyvärr väldigt lyhört. Sköna sängar. Dyr frukost, skippa den. Bra läge i gamla väst precis vid stora shoppinggatan Kürfurstendamm. Nära T-bana. |

| 繁華街の中心にあり、地の利は大変良い。買い物・食事・交通の便すべて良い。これが中央駅のそばだったらなお良いのだが・・・。部屋の広さ（ジュニアスイート）清潔度良い。1日に2度部屋の世話に来る(掃除、ベッドメーキング）。フロントの応対は普通、特にフレンドリーということはない。プールがあると旅行ガイドに書いてあったが、ちょうど私の滞在中工事に入っていて利用できなかった。残念。レストランは品数も少なく価格も高い。朝食ののバイキングも品数が少なく、おいしくなかった。特に野菜がトマトと胡瓜しかなく最悪。また皿が汚れているのがちょくちょく見つかった(7泊した）。ウエイトレスの態度もあまりよくない。一部横柄さを感じた。全般に廊下であっても従業員の挨拶がなく従業員の質の悪さが感じられた。これでは名門の名がなく 。総合評価４だが、食事のことが書いてないのでそうなったが、レストランを評価に入れれば３ということになる。 |

| Super godt hotel med meget højt serviceniveau. Var der med vores to børn på 3 og 6. Boede i juniorsuite.
Meget tæt på alt og med U/S bahn lige om hjørnet.
Rigtig dejlig morgenmadsbuffet, hvor der kan bestilles a la carte.
Dette hotel kan klart anbefales. |

| Var der i påsken, sammen med kone og vår sønn på 10 år. Alt var tipp topp, både standard og service.
Imidlertid burde trådløst internett vært inkludert i prisen når man bestiller junior suite, det var det eneste negative. |

| This was my 6th or 7th stay at Berlin's Kempinski, and it never lets me down. Rooms are comfortable and quiet, beds are among the best in the country, and the facilities, such as the pool and the art deco charming restaurant, are the finishing touches. The services is unsurpassed, and this is truly a hotel that shows what 5 stars used to mean.
Granted, the city has changed a lot in Kempinski's time, and Ku'Damm is no longer at the center of activities. A lot of the best of Berlin is now in the old East, around Mitte, Hackescher Market and Kreuzberg, making the location of the hotel, once in the heart of everything, a bit removed from the center of the action. But with the Uhlandstrasse station right in front of the hotel (literally) you're never far from anywhere in Berlin. And don't disregard the Charlottenburg and neighboring Schöneberg areas, they definitely have their charms.
For some reason, our A/C acted up a bit on our last night, making the room quite warm. We mentioned it to the hotel staff when we checked out, and I'm sure it's fixed by now.
I know that next time I'll be going to Berlin, I'll be staying here again. |

| 4:de gången vi bor på hotellet. Rent och trvisam atmosfär. Trevlig service. Frukosten dyr, men runt hörnet löser man det enkelt. Ingen anledning byta vid nästa Berlinbesök eftersom hotellet är hållbart". |

| Vi fikk en veldig bra deal på en juniorsuite med frokost. Rommet vårt var stort og rent. Sektoren var noe utdatert og utsikten dårlig, men stille belligende ut mot bakgård.
Servicen på hotellet var fantastisk og frokosten nydelig med stor buffet av høy kvalitet. I tillegg til buffeten fikk vi spørsmål fra personalet om vi ønsket omelett eller pannekaker, noe min sønn på 5 satt stor pris på.
Sentral belligenhet nært Zoo og shopping. Tbane og busser rett utenfor døren.
Til prisen vi betalte var dette et kupp. Til full pris ville jeg nok forventet et freshere rom. |
